If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we'll work with you to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
-Your item was received damaged or defective
You received the wrong item or size
You are unsatisfied with your order and the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Your return request is made within 7 days of delivery
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
-SIlk cocoons (for hygiene purposes)
-Custom, personalized, or final sale items
-Gift cards or downloadable content (if applicable)
-Bulk orders
How to Request a Return

-Your full name
-Order Number
-Item(s) you's like to return
2. We'll respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
Returns without prior email approval may not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
EXCHANGES
-If you need a different size or product, we're happy to offer an exchange (if the item is available)
-Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected
RETURN SHIPPING
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error
